“ I Ordered 3 rolled tacos, they where honestly the best rolled tacos I've had since living in Az. They where fresh, the tortilla wasn't stale like the other chain restaurants I go to. Also, I LOVE that it did not cost extra to add lettuce. I've been to some where I was charged over $1.00 for something that's advertised in the picture. There was a 3% unexplained fee. I don't have a problem fr, just wish it was communicated so I don't FEEL like someone is stealing from me. I'm sure once they explained it was cool, but again.. I shouldn't have to assume. As the consumer I should know exactly what I am buying/paying for. ”
“ I don't come here for the service or the nice folks lurking about, but the food is always good! The 4 rolled tacos with the cheese and guac, fire. Beans and cheese are always fire. My bf's cheese quesadilla and carne asada fries, cooked and topped to perfection. Tonight was especially delicious. These cooks deserve a raise, thank you for an exceptional meal! ”

“ Best customer service I've ever received at a Fili-B's. So I pull up in this bitch Monday 07/23/18 at around 5pm and place an order for carne asada fries, a green chile burrito, a bean and cheese burrito, and a special carne asada burrito that contains only meat, rice, and beans. Homeboy was hungry. After each item, the girl taking my order kept saying, "Is that it" in a sort of tone. Feeling slightly judged, I reply with a meek, "I mean I guess." Accosted, I clutch my pearls and pull forward. As I'm approaching the window, out of the corner of my eye, I see a picture of a sonoran hotdog and it's calling to me; I mean...straight up siren song that I can't resist. Not one to ignore a sign from god, I brace myself for the judgement and criticism I'm about to face for adding an item at the window. I hate being that guy but I'll do anything for a hotdog. The woman at the window was actually super cool about it and smiled as she told me my new total. I paid, took my food, and drove my happy ass home. Oh my goodness, I was salivating and I wanted that green chile burrito most of all. I don't remember how fast I was speeding but I was home five minutes later. This was gonna happen. As I divide the spoils among my brothers and my boyfriend, I notice that I'm missing a burrito. I'm hoping it's just the bean and cheese that has gone MIA, because I can live with that, but after a thorough inspection of the crime scene, I discover I'm missing my carne asada burrito. At this point, I forget my christianity and let the obscenities flow. I'm so pissed that I light my cat the f#@% up just because she's the first living thing that came into view. I mean, I still have my green chile burrito sitting in front of me but that doesn't excuse the fact that I'm missing a burrito. After dropping some biblical truth on my cat, I realize I'm misdirecting my anger and decide to call Fili-B's so I can talk to the girl who took my damn order. At first she's a little confused but quickly remembers the fat boy with enough food to feed a village. She's super apologetic and offers to remake the burrito for me. She then asks me to hold while she finds the receipt to make sure nothing else was missing. Well, as it turns out, she tells me she never charged me for a carne asada burrito. She said she placed the order for a green chile burrito with rice and beans. So, not only did I not get my carne burrito, but my green chile burrito was wrong. But I'm okay with this. I'm staring at this new creation sitting in front of me. I've never had a green chile burrito with rice and beans and I'm a little more than tantalized by this monstrosity. (For the record, it was so freaking good. Most delicious mistake that was ever made. I only want my green chile burritos like this from now on.) The girl on the phone offers to make a carne asada burrito for me if I'd like and I politely decline. It was my mistake for not checking the food and it's not like I was charged for the damn thing. No big deal whatsoever. She was doing everything she could to make things right and I appreciate the shit out of that. All in all, it was a delicious mistake and I'll definitely be back. ”
